We keep the stack deliberately small. If you find yourself wanting a tenth tool, that is usually a sign something else is wrong.

If you are blocked on access for more than a couple of hours, say so in the team channel rather than waiting politely. Access problems are the most common reason a first week goes badly, and they are the easiest to fix.
