Goals

  • One agreement, one invoice, one payment date per clinic group
  • Group-level spend view for the customer, per location
  • Mid-term location adds prorated automatically
  • Finance closes the month without manual reconciliation
  • Migrate all 63 existing clinics with no billing gap

Non-goals

  • Usage-based or per-appointment pricing
  • Multi-currency or non-US tax handling
  • A self-serve plan-change flow for customers
  • Replacing the payment processor
  • Rebuilding the finance reporting stack
