Ship waitlist auto-fill to ten clinics
Requirements are frozen. Ten clinics enabled by Aug 29, with Renee reviewing every guardrail before each one.

Decide and hold the Atlas cutover date
Sep 14 or Sep 21, decided this week. Whichever we pick, we tell clinics once and do not move it again.

Get SOC 2 Type II to a fixed date
Two enterprise groups are waiting on it. We need a date we can put in writing, not a quarter.
Everything else on the board waits until these three are done or explicitly dropped.
