Strengths

The patient mobile app is better than anything we have

It is fast, well designed, and patients use it. This is not a marketing claim — three of our own customers have praised it to us, and one asked for it by name.

We should stop being defensive about this in deals. The honest answer is that we do not build a patient app, and that our value arrives whether or not the patient installs anything.

Distribution and brand outrun ours

They present at conferences we do not attend, publish weekly, and have a recognisable name in practice-owner circles. With $18M and sixty people, this gap widens before it narrows.

Faster self-serve start for single clinics

A single practice can sign up and be scheduling the same hour with a card. We require a conversation. For the long tail, they are simply easier to buy.

Keep this page honest. A teardown that only lists weaknesses is a document nobody trusts the second time they read it.
