Cobaltine prices per user seat with three tiers. The entry tier is $49 per seat and excludes their API and SSO; the middle tier is $79 and adds both; enterprise is quoted.
For a single clinic with two front-desk staff this is $98 a month, which is materially cheaper than us. For a fourteen-clinic group with thirty seats it is $1,470 to $2,370 a month, which is more than us.

Every conversation we have had with a group above eight locations has raised seat counting as a concern — front-desk roles turn over, and finance teams dislike a bill that moves monthly.
Two buyers explicitly told us they preferred our per-location pricing for predictability rather than for total cost.

Their enterprise tier carries an implementation fee quoted in their conference material at “from $2,500”. We do not charge one, and this is worth saying plainly in any competitive deal.

Do not use the fourteen-clinic row in a sales conversation without the outcome next to it. We are more expensive at scale and should compete on recovered slots, not on price.
