Positioning

They sell “the modern patient experience”

Their homepage headline is about patients, not staff. The primary buyer they address is a practice owner or marketing-minded administrator who wants their clinic to feel current.

This is a legitimate and larger market than ours. It is also a softer promise, which is why they win first meetings and lose evaluations where someone measures.

Their proof points are adoption, not outcomes

Public case material cites app downloads, self-booking rates, and satisfaction scores. We have found no published figure for recovered appointments or staff hours saved.

They are hiring into our region

Four of their eleven open sales roles name the Southeast. Two mention “multi-location groups” explicitly, which is a change from their 2025 postings.

They do not mention waitlists in top-level messaging

Waitlist appears once, three levels deep in a features page. Either it does not sell or they know it is weak — both readings are useful to us.
