Foreline Ventures leads the seed round; the company says 63 clinics now use the product to refill cancelled appointments automatically.
Asheville, N.C., July 29, 2026 — Brightloom, Inc. today announced a $2.5 million seed financing led by Foreline Ventures, with participation from Hillsend Capital and a group of clinic-operator angels. The company builds software that detects cancelled appointments in a clinic’s practice management system, offers the open slot to a ranked waiting list by text message, and books the first patient to accept.
Brightloom said 63 clinics across nine states currently use the product, and that customers recover a median of 4.2 previously unfilled appointment slots per clinic each week. The company reported $41,200 in monthly recurring revenue as of July 1, and said it has grown revenue an average of 22 percent month over month since January. The financing will fund engineering hiring, a SOC 2 Type II audit scheduled to complete in November, and expansion into multi-location clinic groups.
The round brings total funding to $3.1 million. Brightloom was founded in 2024 and employs seven people. Foreline partner Elena Marchetti will join the company’s board of directors.

“We measured it before we signed: thirty-one percent of our cancelled slots were fillable and went unfilled. That is not a software problem on paper, it is three people we would have had to hire,” said Joanna Mireles, director of operations at Lakeshore Medical Partners, a 14-clinic group in North Carolina and a Brightloom customer since November 2025. “Nobody here calls a waitlist any more.”

Brightloom builds an AI scheduling agent for outpatient clinics. The product integrates with existing practice management systems to detect cancellations, rank waitlisted patients against clinic-defined rules, and confirm replacement bookings by text message without staff involvement.
